Welcome to BabySooq. By accessing and using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.
2. User Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
- You must provide accurate and complete information.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Buying and Selling
When using our marketplace, you agree to:
- Provide accurate descriptions and photos of items you list.
- Only sell items that are in good, clean condition.
- Complete transactions in a timely manner.
- Communicate respectfully with other users.
4. Prohibited Items
The following items are not allowed on our platform:
- Items that are damaged, stained, or unsafe.
- Counterfeit or replica items.
- Items that violate any laws or regulations.
- Items that have been recalled for safety reasons.
5. Payment and Fees
All transactions are processed securely through our platform. We may charge service fees for certain transactions. Sellers are responsible for any applicable taxes.
6. Limitation of Liability
BabySooq acts as a marketplace platform. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of items listed. Transactions are between buyers and sellers. We encourage users to inspect items and communicate clearly.
7. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. We collect and use your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our platform, you consent to our data practices.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
9. Baby Sooq Concierge Service Agreement
This Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the sale of items through Baby Sooq’s Concierge Service. By submitting your item for sale, you accept and agree to the following terms:
1. Service Description
Baby Sooq agrees to:
- Pick up your item(s) from the customer.
- Deliver the sold item(s) to the buyer.
2. Selling Services
a. Standard Store Sales (2 JOD Store):
- Items sold through the standard store will have 1 JOD deducted from the total sales price as a service fee.
- No additional shipping fees apply.
- Delivery of items through the 2 JOD Store may take 3 to 4 working days.
b. Boutique Sales with Private Delivery:
- Items sold through the boutique service include 1 JOD deducted as a service fee.
- Private delivery fees will be added to the order total.
- Boutique delivery will be completed within 1 working day.
3. Customer Responsibilities
- The customer must ensure the item is clean and in good condition for sale.
- The customer authorizes Baby Sooq to handle the item for sale purposes.
4. Payment Terms
- Payment will be issued after the item is sold, deducting the applicable service fee and any additional delivery fees.
- A statement showing sale price, fees, and net payment will be provided.
5. Liability
Baby Sooq is not responsible for loss or damage during pick-up, sale, or delivery except in cases of gross negligence.
6. Agreement Acceptance
By submitting your item for sale via Baby Sooq, you acknowledge and accept this Agreement.
